- Coordinate with chosen contractors and suppliers and provide expectations.
- Attend OAC (Owner / Architect / Contractor) meetings and monitor communication between team members.
- Monitor construction progress and coordinate with contractors to overcome obstacles.
- Coordinate with design team on design change directives.
- Provide visual inspections for accuracy and quality control throughout construction.
- Review pay requests and invoices for accuracy.
- Review change order requests and provide feedback to owners.
- Coordinate punch list walk-thru meetings and monitor completion of items.
- Coordinate with owner private contractors such as furniture, food service, security, audio/visual, voice/data.
